Liikenteen turvallisuusvirasto Trafi ja liikenne- ja viestintäministeriö järjestivät 18.11.2011 Itämeren alueen viranomaisille, varustamoille ja satamille suunnattun seminaarin, jossa käsiteltiin erilaisia keinoja sopeutua IMO:n kiristyviin laivapolttoaineiden rikkipitoisuusmääräyksiin.
